However, deliveries beyond these cities are subject to charges. Installation is free within Lagos, but for locations outside, customers bear the logistics cost for our installers.
Orders typically arrive within 1-3 working days post-payment approval, varying with distance and customer agreement. Special order production items require 10-14 working days.
Responsibility for deliveries outside Lagos lies with the customer and the Cargo Company. It’s crucial for customers to provide a clear phone number and delivery address; a secondary contact is advisable.
Refusal of delivery or extended wait times may result in customers retrieving items from our warehouse or showrooms.
Pre-ordered products have a 4-5 month delivery duration unless specified otherwise.
